• How Do I order a Hosting Package?

• How Do I Know which Package is right for me?
We have 3 main types of package, all offer the same technology and compatibility, with different size limits etc. Simply visit our ordering page by clicking here then view the details of each package before choosing and ordering..
• Do prices go up after the first year?
We do not bump up prices for your second and third year etc should you wish to renew. We may change our prices from time to time in order to offer our great value service, but as of publishing time we have no plans to do so and you would be notified well in advance of your renewal date if this were to change.
Technical Questions or Enquiries
• I have lost an important username or password
If you have lost an email account password, you can reset this for any email account that is set up through Cpanel. Just log into Cpanel and view your mail accounts to do this. If you have lost your main Cpanel username of password, please contact us via our form by clicking here please note we may request some form of ID. If requesting a password please include as much information about yourself and your account as possible so that we can quickly reset your password and give you a new one.
• How do I upload files to my website?
Generally you upload your website files, video and any other material up to your hosting account using FTP. FTP (File Transfer Protocol) details are supplied in your welcome email. Most web authoring software comes with FTP, such as DreamWeaver. If you are unsure of how to upload via FTP, please check the documentation/help that comes with your web authoring software.
• I have uploaded my web files but cant see my site
For files to be visible on the world wide web, you must upload them to the public _html folder. Please also note that new domains, or newly transferred domains, can take up to 48 hours to go live. If you have a new domain or recently transferred domain, please allow 48 hours before contacting us.
Please see your welcome email for details on how to view your web pages whilst you are waiting for your domain to go live.
• How to I set up email accounts for my domain name?

• How to I set up email on my PC or MAC?
Once you have set up the email account in Cpanel (see above) you can access the email via webmail, or via your PC or MAC mail software such as Microsoft Outlook or MAC Mail.
In each case you will need these details:
Username / Account ID: This is your full email address
Password: This is your email password
POP 3 Setting. This will be mail.yourdomainname.com
SMTP Setting. This will be mail.yourdomainname.com
(Replacing 'mydomainname.com' with your own full domain name'.)
Please also make sure you select 'my server requires authentication'. If you get stuck refer to the software help/ documentation, or contact us.
(We allow mail to go via port 25, or port 26)
• How do I view webmail?
Go to www.yourdomainname.com/webmail. Log in with your username and password, then choose one of the available mail clients. Roundcube is perhaps the most user friendly.
• How do I get a domain name?
If you do not have a domain name and would like one please contact us and we will help you arrange this.
• How can I tell how many people view my site?
In Cpanel, click the WEB/FTP stats icon, and choose a reporting engine to view.
• How do I get listed on google?
Google indexes all websites, sometimes it can take a few weeks for them to do this, other times it happens very quickly. If you go to google and search the subject of search engines there is much to learn!
